The bakes that started it all… These Banana and Coconut Muffins have been my favourite recipe for the past 3 years now. Ripe fragrant bananas are a perfect companion for sweet tropical coconuts. They come together in this muffin and are topped with a sweet coconut milk glaze and neon blue sugar crystals.
Carrot Canyon
Creamy cream cheese dual vanilla frosting tops a moist carrot and raisin cake. The frosting us then topped with spicy cinnamon, chopped nuts, gold sugar and grated candied carrots.

Regal maroon vanilla bean frosting decorated with fondant crowns and adourning fragrant chai spiced brown sugar cupcakes
